- Next.js 15 over Supabase — Postgres and around thirty edge functions — pulling leads from CRMs, ad platforms and form tools, with OpenAI Assistants, Mailgun email, Twilio SMS and Stripe billing.

- Per-clinic addresses on wildcard subdomains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC; inbound-parse webhooks; AI-drafted replies routed back to the clinic that owns the thread.

Under the hood
- Wildcard subdomains give every clinic its own address, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set per domain
- Inbound-parse webhooks feed replies to the assistant and route the answer back to the right clinic
- Subdomain warm-up, because a cold domain sending 35-step sequences lands in spam
- A dozen lead sources normalised behind one lead shape — HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, NextHealth, Meta and Google lead forms, Gravity Forms, Calendly, Jotform, Typeform
- One edge function per job — ingestion, nurture follow-ups, SMS processing, payment reminders, Stripe webhooks
