- Where it is stuck — a bug, a rebuild, a feature nobody has time for, or a blank page
- Roughly when you need it, and whether there is a budget
- A link to the code, the product, or a screenshot — anything concrete beats a description
Straight answers
- If it is a two-week project and I cannot do it justice, I will say so rather than take it.
- If you need a designer more than an engineer, I will tell you that too.
