Three readings
Client
An ongoing product built on one idea: trouble in a business rarely arrives unannounced. It shows up first as small signals in everyday tools — and AI Manager exists to notice them and tell the right person early.
Recruiter
Ongoing solo product in TypeScript: connectors into everyday work tools, an AI judgement layer, and routing that decides who needs to know. Shown here as a concept while it is in development.
Engineer
The principle is that an alert has to earn its interruption: signals are normalised into one shape, judged with a confidence floor, then escalated, gathered into a digest, or dropped.

What it does

  • Problems surface while they are still cheap to fix
  • Each manager gets the one alert that matters, not another feed to read
  • Quiet by default — silence means nothing needs you

Under the hood

  • Wildly different tools reduced to one event shape before anything is judged
  • A confidence floor and a digest tier, so false alarms never train people to ignore it

Built with

  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • LLMs
  • Webhooks
  • Event normalisation
